Ginger Snaps Cookies

Ginger Snaps Cookies

3/4 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 egg, beaten
2 Cups Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Ginger


Cream shortening and sugar, add molasses and egg. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Roll in small balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 350
