Carrot Loaf Bread

Carrot Loaf Bread

2 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Grated Carrots (about 3)
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Then mix in carrot, then the rest of the ingredients. Pour into 2 - 5x9 loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
Yummy yummy with butter
